Hepatitis delta virus antibodies. Hepatitis D virus infection only occurs in the presence of hepatitis B.
There is marked geographical variation in its occurrence, with a high prevalence in the Amazon basin, Central Africa, Southern Italy and the Middle East.See also Hepatic failure, Hepatitis
