Spectrophotometry, immunoassay.

Therapeutic Interval

1.0-2.5 mmol/L (140-350 mg/L).

Application

Detection of overdose.

Only occasionally indicated for therapeutic drug monitoring.

Interpretation

Toxic range: >3.6 mmol/L (>500 mg/L).
